With the free Rheem Contractor app, contractors can utilize the Bluetooth® capability, when paired with an enabled HVAC system, to streamline the setup and troubleshooting process during residential service calls or large-scale installations. It's never been easier to get systems up and running quickly.

In terms of servicing, contractors can take advantage of the app's ability to diagnose active alarms and alarm history, check system operating status, and access step-by-step parts replacement and system setup guidance. These features streamline the servicing process and enhance productivity.

The Rheem for Contractors app also provides comprehensive support for all our air and water products. The new Product Technical Support design ensures ease of use and accuracy. Contractors can now access installation instructions, search parts lists, download manuals, view tech sheets, and research consumer literature in a more convenient manner.

Furthermore, the app allows users to track warranty information by scanning and confirming model and ownership details. Contractors can check warranty status and easily share HVAC system warranty certificates with their clients.

Additionally, the Rheem Contractor app features a useful retailer and distributor lookup function. This enables contractors to quickly locate suppliers when they require products or replacement parts.
